Winter is almost over! Try this Winter Detox of nourishing soups before spring hits!
This is a great way to reset your pouch during the colder times of the year! This version of the 5-day pouch reset diet uses soup recipes to help fill you up and keep you warm! Based on approved recipes from our nutritionist’s Pinterest board.
The best part is you get UNLIMITED servings of the listed soups, so there is no need to measure or worry about calories. Choose one soup and make a big batch, or choose several, so you have some variety!
DAY 1: “Thin Liquids”
On your first day of the winter reset diet, you can have unlimited;
You can include complete;
- Cashew Milk Chai Tea: Heat unsweetened cashew, almond, or coconut/almond milk (from a carton, not a can) in a mug or stove until hot. Add one vanilla chai tea bag for every cup of fluid. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Add non-calorie sweetener to taste (such as stevia) and a dash of cinnamon (optional).
- Sugar-Free Hot Cocoa: Heat unsweetened cashew, almond, or coconut/almond milk (from a carton, not a can) on the stove until hot. Whisk in one tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder for every 8 ounces of fluid. Add non-calorie sweetener to taste (such as stevia) and a dash of cinnamon (optional).

DAY 2 & 3: “Thick Liquids”
On Day 2 and Day 3 of the 5-day winter reset diet, you can have unlimited blended soups from this list.
