MBC Ambassador FAQs & Terms and Conditions

Mexico Bariatric Center’s Ambassador Program is our way to thank you for sharing with your friends. Past patients can refer their friends and family as new patients and earn cash for each referral that completes surgery with us. Ambassadors earn $50 to $125 for each referral. Referrals receive family and friends discounts on their procedure.

  • Go to your dashboard to find your unique link.
  • Copy your unique link and start sharing it with your friends and family.
  • Start earning rewards

You can share your link as many times as you like.

Once a referral completes surgery at Mexico Bariatric Center, you will receive a check for every completed surgery you have referred. You can make between $50 and $125 for each referral, depending on your tier level(Bronze, Silver, Gold, Elite).

Four tier levels determine how much money you will make for each referral that completes surgery at MBC.

Tiers
Bronze………………. 0+ referrals = $50 for each completed surgery
Silver……………….. 10+ referrals = $75 for each completed surgery
Gold………………….. 50+ referrals = $100 for each completed surgery
Elite…………………….100+ referrals = $125 for each completed surgery

  • The ambassador must be a past patient.
  • A referral must be a brand-new patient.
  • Referral must have completed surgery with MBC and signed up using your unique link.

Visit the referrals tab on the left side of the menu bar to track the status of your referrals.
Referral stage 1: HQ submitted
Referral stage 2: HQ approved
Referral stage 3: Booked for surgery
Referral stage 4: Completed surgery

Click on the referrals tab on the left side of the menu bar to see a list of all your referrals.

Visit the Payouts tab on the left side of the menu bar to track the status of your payout.

Set up your direct deposit in payment methods under settings in your ambassador account, or a check will be mailed to the address you signed up with.

Payment will be sent out on the 15th of each month after your referral has completed surgery. It can take up to sixty days to process payments.

Located on the top right of the dashboard page you will see a profile icon. Click on the profile icon to navigate to the settings page.

These terms and conditions apply to the MBC Ambassador program:

  • Binding Agreement- By accessing this Platform or participating in the Program, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and indicate your agreement to them. All of the company’s decisions are final and binding.
  • Privacy- The personal information collected, processed, and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with Mexico Bariatric Center’s Privacy Policy, which is available for your review at https://mexicobariatriccenter.com/privacy-policy/
  • Eligibility- This Program is void where such referral programs are prohibited. If you are under 18, you may not use or access the Platform.
  • How the Program Works- Using the Platform, you can follow the on-screen instructions to refer potential patients to Mexico Bariatric Center. In order for you to qualify for a Referral Reward (as defined below), your referral must have completed surgery at Mexico Bariatric Center. 
  1. Is not a current or past patient of Mexico Bariatric Center; 
  2. Has filled out a health questionnaire with your referral link; 
  3. Has paid in full without refunds or cancellations;
  4. Is not a potential client whom Mexico Bariatric Center has already contacted;
  5. Rewards are subject to verification. Mexico Bariatric Center may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation. Mexico Bariatric Center may also refuse to verify and process any transaction Mexico Bariatric Center deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on Mexico Bariatric Center, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents. All of Mexico Bariatric Center’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral or Reward is verified.

All determinations as to whether a patient is an eligible patient are made by Mexico Bariatric Center at its sole reasonable discretion and are final.

Mexico Bariatric Center authorizes you, subject to these terms, to access and use Mexico Bariatric Center’s online platform, the Referral Program, and the Content solely for your personal, noncommercial use. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and applicable communications regulations and statutes and is strictly prohibited. You must preserve all copyright, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary notices contained in the original Content on any copy you make of it.
