Before bariatric surgery, you should try to implement good eating habits and exercises to prepare you for the surgery. Some common examples are eating at a good pace for good digestion, cutting off the high fat and sugar junk food, exercising to keep the body in shape, and more. By doing this, you are making it easier for the surgeon to perform surgery on you.
