  • 4 ounces carrot sticks
  • 2 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1 TBSP garlic
  • 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP basil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Makes two servings


  1. Take two tablespoons of coconut oil and melt completely.
  2. Add garlic, basil, and balsamic vinegar and mix well in a medium bowl.
  3. Once well mixed, coat carrots with the mixture completely.
  4. Place carrots on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 minutes or until crunchy.
