All I have to say is, “Oh My Goodness”; I had no idea carrots could taste so yummy! This is the perfect explosion of flavors to top off a chicken or turkey dinner. The sweetness that comes out from baking the carrots combined with the tangy taste of the balsamic vinegar is a perfect. Topped with garlic and basil and you for sure have a winner for an appetizing vegetable dish! Take two tablespoons of coconut oil and melt completely. Add in garlic, basil, and balsamic vinegar and mix well in a medium bowl. Once well mixed, coat carrots with mixture completely.
Place carrots and baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 minutes or until crunchy.
