What Kelly learned from her Trainer, Lacy Stone
After losing so much weight, Osbourne uncovered what inspired her to keep going and fight against her old habits. First, cheating on your diet is okay, but balancing it with proper exercise is important. Second, mix up your workouts! Don’t stick to one routine, and focus on different muscle groups. If you don’t, you might overwork and even damage your muscle. Last but most importantly, don’t give up!
