Dawn’s Story

Hello, my name is Dawn! I have struggled with my weight since I was 19 years old. At 25 years old, I discovered I was borderline diabetic and was put on medication for that, as well as blood pressure medication. My health was spiraling downhill, and my self-confidence was at an all-time low. I was truly miserable with the person that I was. Even looking at myself in the mirror was hard. I have tried multiple diets and would lose weight, but I would always gain it all back. My life changed when I decided to take the first step.
